These terms govern your use of madvisions.ai. Project work is governed by the separate written agreement signed for that project; where the two differ, the project agreement takes precedence.

You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, misuse the contact forms, or use it to distribute anything unlawful or harmful.
Everything on this site — text, images, video, design, code and the MadVisions name and marks — belongs to us or to our clients, and is protected by copyright. Portfolio work is shown with permission and remains the property of the client it was made for. You may not reproduce or reuse any of it without written permission.
Submitting a form, sending an email or receiving a proposal does not create a contract. Work begins only when a written agreement is signed by both sides.
Scope, timelines, payment terms, revisions and ownership are set out in your project agreement. Our standard position, unless your agreement says otherwise: three revision rounds are included; thirty days of support follow handover; and ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you on full payment.
We use artificial intelligence tools in producing our work, under human direction and review. We do not present AI-assisted work as anything other than what it is. Where a project requires it, we will confirm in writing what was produced with AI assistance.
This site links to other websites and our work may rely on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
We do our work to a professional standard, but we do not guarantee particular commercial outcomes — rankings, revenue, traffic, engagement or sales. Anyone who does is guessing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
